This company is a joke, a scam whatever you want to call it. I have also had a microwave claim for 2 weeks send a claim last Friday they never showed, never called. Still trying to get someone to help me but they don't care!

The lack of empathy and care was astounding and when we requested an escalation of our case to someone who could provide a reasonable explanation we were shut down immediately. Lack of professionalism reflects very poorly service.

I was notified thru my email. Didn’t see the message until after the contractor was supposed to arrive. We went all weekend and the bet two days after that without air. Very very disturbing.

Five days ago and still have not had a tech come out.. I've called every day and continually have been told give it another 24 hours. I hate this company and wish I could get my money back!

Technician was called week later no one showed up. Another week another technician didn't show up. Third week finally got somebody. AC is broke. Haven't heard anything about when it's going get fixed or replaced. So annoying !
