Pareri Cloudmall

This is shocking treatment and this app should be banned you told me to be patient after being 6 weeks waiting that doesn't even make senses get it together cloudmall you have a long way to go before I would trust you this.

Despite contacting the company several times, they insisting that the parcel was lost when the mail tracking website clearly states that the parcel has been returned to the seller because the address was not correct. It seems this is a tactic by the company. They send empty parcel or very cheap items with an incorrect address so it doesn’t get delivered and they keep the funds.

I requested returned the items but right now they want me to pay for the return. While the return policy on the site says in case of quality failure they are responsible. but they don't want to refund my money.

his is pure fraud you can't take people's money for items that you don't have!! but then you sent me an email saying my delivery details are wrong despite 3 orders been delivered to the same shipping address!!
