I was finally able to fix the connection issues, but am now dealing with the issues that the forced automatic reset did to my modem and computer. It has now taken me well trying over 2 hours to reach a supervisor to lodge complaints against the 2 previous agents, and to try to let them know what happened with the auto reset, which should be illegal. Stay as far away as possible from this.
I tried multiple times to call and actually speak to a live person via a number they gave me. The number is to an automated thing that your only option is for it to send you a link that takes you right back to the chat support! I dealt with at least four different people and wasted about an hour and a half of my time.
