I have been given a dress that resembles nothing of what I ordered. The color is off, the design is off and much more. I have been repeatedly dismissed via email telling me its fine by numerous people.

I paid extra for the made to measure service, the dress arrived looking completely different to the picture. It was obviously not made to measure, the material was awful and the dress had holes and pulls in it.

Totally the wrong color, very badly made. totally different to the first one. all measurements incorrect, all this experience was so bad. Never ever don't buy from them, they are not serious!!

I asked 3 times if the dress did not arrive on time could I get a full refund and was told yes it will not be a problem. They have offered 20% of the shipping which is useless to me. Do not buy!!!!
