After 45 minutes everything was up and running. They even configured a VPN for me on the fly. I literally purchased the VPN service while the technician was configuring my WiFi. Much appreciated. I’ll definitely buy from them again

Flashrouters turned what should have been a simple, easy consumer purchase into a total disaster.There is NO phone number, only email. I received nothing but a series of lies.

Flashrouters completely misrepresented their customer service to entice me to buy this product and have since abandoned me. The installation process was rushed. The installer flew through it and did not allow me to ask questions nor did he explain ANYTHING. So rude!!!

For about 6 weeks. My internet service crashed and the router would not run the VPN. After 18 emails with tech support, I said enough and paid for the Gold plan for another tech appointment.
