They called me to confirm the order and delivery with no problems delivering on the same address I provided them. That was 4 days ago, and I still have not heard anything from you in confirmation of delivery. I would have been happy to speak to someone to work out any problem, but it was impossible to reach anyone by phone.
I cannot speak to the quality of the item as it has not been received, I can only hope that my friend enjoys it and understands that I put my trust in a company that failed me. I cannot recommend ordering from this company if you hope to have a specific delivery date. I still gave not received an email from an actual person with an explanation or apology.
