I have a lot of experience with hair extensions and these are definitely not 100% human hair, I queried with customer service who said they would forward my question to the factory and get back to me. Fast-forward 10 months, never got a response, unable to get money back, feel completely scammed.
I just ordered a new pair of extensions a couple weeks ago, and I also noticed how extremely thin the hair is. There is barely enough hair at the top to cover the clips, let alone how much thinner it gets at the bottom. I will not be ordering from here again. I can get much higher quality extensions with better customer service
