Hairvivi gained initial awareness in 2017 when we first time launched customized wigs with bleached knots in the wig industry. Bleaching knots yourself can easily take hours, and if it’s done improperly it can damage your wig. Our refined and perfected method keeps the knots looking visible and ensures the knots remain stable.
My experience was terrible the lace was so bad it would not lay down and the hair looked plastic not real i really wanted a great experience with this company. The hairline and hair placement in the front is absolutely not the quality that I’m used to have it. Very disappointed!!
I’ve contacted their customer service to check on my order twice. Each time I was advised that their tracking machine is down. Their rep seemed very rude, interrupting me to answer my next question before I had even asked. She also seemed to have difficulty, as she carelessly explained how long it may take for me to receive my order.
