This company needs to be more clear on their website about what a character means, what the delivery time means and show what the final product will look like before purchasing.

There is NO phone number to contact them. I sent them an email . I still have not received an answer back regarding a refund or the correct pillow cases being sent to me. I clearly did not receive what I ordered.

This company is a BIG FAT JOKE!!! I have placed my order a month ago, and no package. I also can't get in touch with this company... I have sent two emails a day, still no response.

I paid over $100 for these two blankets gifts and was so embarrassed To give them. I requested some sort of refund and was told it was being reviewed and I’ve never heard back from this company. This was such a rip off.
