I ordered an item, which I have ordered in the past, but instead of receiving the jar I was expecting I received a promotional box that contained a tube of the item I wanted plus two other items. When I select an item based on the picture and description on the website, that is what I expect to receive. I don’t trust the website or the company anymore.
One of the items I ordered is apparently back ordered but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I haven’t yet received my items so I don’t know that they’re even legit but this whole process has seemed sketchy so upon receiving my items, I’ll stick to only shopping with ACTUAL authorized retailers.
