Pangea does not care about their tenants. I should have believed this when I arrived at the property and spoke to tenants who told me pangea was terrible. I don't want to give them my money anyways. I will definitely find another agency to lease with because pangea is the WORST.
I have had several issues with this apartment ever since I moved in and all I keep getting are dry apologies. I'm sick of it! I called the emergency, manager and resident care numbers to no avail. For rent you all are charging in the hood with no kind of assistance is embarrassing and ridiculous.
This is so irritating that I have to deal with this and I just renewed my lease for my second year here. I am deeply terrified of mice or rats and it’s already hard having a toddler here but now I have to bring a newborn into this crappy apartment! I’ve heard horror stories about Pangaeas.
