I selected a section close to the front. Without notice, after I paid, they then gave me the very last row on a balcony farthest from the stage. When I used the ONLY support chat they have, which was a 40 minute wait, they didn't answer any of my questions or even try to communicate with me what had happened.
I bought a ticket from them for a concert I was really excited to attend. They were the exclusive ticket provider for the concert so I had no choice but to buy through them. They quickly charged my credit card, but they did not send me my ticket. They also did not send me a confirmation email or even a confirmation number.
The tickets sold instantly and they charged an exorbitant fee for resale, tickets are gone and sold and they already charged another customer, yet I'm not allowed to transfer my money to my bank account until after show happens, AXS is pulling up a big fraud scheme charging twice for same tickets to two different customers and holding funds with no valid reasons.
