The representatives lie about what will be covered, then you purchase insurance with the understanding you will be covered, NOT! Do not bother with this insurance. Tripmate is a scam!

This is the first time we have used Trip Mate insurance. We submitted our claim and realize NOW there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after you purchase the insurance. Stay away , it's a scam!!

I am expecting a refund, we had to cancel due to thinking my son had Covid and we had a son for sign off as well. The status says paid, but then in the notes it says non refundable. I HIGHLY recommend looking into other travel insurance companies.

I can't get a LIVE person on the phone to find out what's the hold up with our claim. The number always refer you to the website but it only tell you what you already know which is the documents have been submitted. We can not afford to wait for months for reimbursement! DONT DO IT !!! WASTE OF MONEY!
