, I wanted to cancel and called the customer service and they said I can't cancel the order. I have to wait for 4 more days. The price was much lesser in other sites too. I asked them to price match. They denied. Worst worst worst.

I had bought the extended warranty but they claim this as normal wear and tear and wouldn’t do anything. It’s a scam and their products are garbage. Don’t waste your money!

I liked the ease of the tool, the delivery time was spot on faster then expected and the desk arrived as described. The quality was great and worth the price. My experience was very positive.
