Terrible customer service. They rely on the bot system where you cannot receive any proper answer. I have tried sending their support form : the system did not let me. I have tried talking to their chat bot, they did not know my answer. I have tried calling them, they did not answer.
I've been trying to talk to anyone and I mean anyone, just a reply email, someone on the phone, anything for about 4 weeks now. I've sent countless emails, calls, requested demo's in the hopes a sale might peak some interest and absolutely ZERO response, nothing.
