Aerobilet is the product of a group that seeks to bring a different approach and vision to the aviation sector. We have a group of nearly 20 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry aiming for a complete service to our clients and a quick solution to their ticketing needs.
Aerobilet aims to speed up the purchasing process by providing all the alternatives in a fast and simple way.Under this approach, we are able to serve more than 2 million passengers.The Aerobilet team consists of individuals with expertise in their areas of technical and managerial expertise that offer many innovations.
Our flight was changed but Aerobilet did not update the ticket number and because of this, when we arrived at the airport we were unable to check in. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with aerobilet prior to our departure, but no response. We ended up having to buy new tickets.
After providing, via e-mail, a copy of the medical certificate from the clinic to Aerobilet, after three months, the money for the unused two tickets, in full, was transferred to the card. Even though tickets at a fare were considered irrevocable. Thanks to the Aerobilet team for the work done.
