I was locked out of my account and when I contacted support, I was told that it was being investigated by their securities team (odd but ok). Without a word from support, I kept checking back and suddenly I was back in but lost ALL my purchases. All contacts to support, people who work at Appsumo, Facebook pages, etc. Not one person has gotten back to me. Last contact was over a month ago and all my support tickets go answered and my Facebook posts are moderated.
