Paid extra for tracking numbers which wasn't even sent to me. The online instant chat was not helpful. It only referred back to an email customer service request form that we could never confirm was received. There isn't a customer service number.

I haven’t been sent any updates and my order status has been the same since the day I placed my order. Hopefully, the book arrives in time but very doubtful. If ordering from this site please make sure you allot a minimum of a month for delivery.
