I used their service.I emailed them the same day the charge was initiated, and they wrote me back saying they'd look into it. I didn't hear from them again. As a result, I disputed the charge through my bank, and the bank required me to cancel my credit card because it's considered "compromised." It's a big Scam!
Contacted them to get a refund, several times, and have no no responses at all. I tried e-mail their support address multiple times and heard no response back. I submitted forms through their online forum and heard nothing back. No support whatsoever for an item I paid for.
