Swagbucks’ mission is “to get you free gift cards by rewarding you points for things you do online.You'll be 'paid' in Swagbucks points which can then be redeemed for gift cards or cash.
I have the necessary points to redeem a reward but the redemption process is downright asinine. I keep on doing and following the same process they give but I cannot still redeem the reward. Customer support are trying to help you when you need and this is good.
