I paid for route protection my cologne arrived with broken sprayer. I contacted them they said after I returned the damaged bottle a New one will be shipped. It’s been 3 and a half weeks I still don’t have the replacement cologne and they don’t reply to your email
When it did arrive it was broken. This was the "Gucci" women perfume and it freaking filled my whole house with the smell. I have small children in the home so it was disposed of. When I reached out to you I was told that if I didn't have a picture of the broken bottle you wouldn't replaced the item. I am completely dissatisfied.
