The flooring product sample slab available in the store did not reflect the coloration or character of the actual installed product. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience...
The carpet is coming loose in the seems and has become flat and undesirable looking. We reached out and told for the warranty to cover it, we must have the carpets professionally cleaned every 18 months. Rental shampooers do not count or ones bought. This is ridiculous to me.
The lead installer wanted me to sign the completed work order before the work was completed. The door was not hung, the furniture was returned, and I had not inspected the installation. After calling the salesperson, the installers hung the door and returned the furniture.
