Extremely dissatisfied that my clients payment didn't get through and the way he found out that he and I both found out was that he received a letter in the mail that said he never got coverage due to money not being able to be pulled from his bank. Double work on my end, and the client had to drive in twice to see me and refill out the same application forms after his banking information didn't go through.
