Bridelily.com doesn't even understand what clients need or how to help them. Going to this store was a big mistake and I will not do it again. Don't buy from them people!!

I gave them my exact measurements. When the dress came, not only was it not as advertised, it didn't fit and was very uncomfortable! When I emailed customer service, they refused over and over to issue a refund. I am still waiting!!

The dress is too tight, the length is way too long and according to your website is non-returnable So for a dress I cannot wear that came after months of waiting and calling and sending messages with absolutely NO response from any of your employees you get 1 star and don't deserve even that one star.

The fit was absolutely snug enough to breathe and room enough to dance and have a good time. I thoroughly enjoyed this dress! I loved the skinny waist as the fabric went inward in layers and it fit perfectly.

When they were finally delivered they were damaged. I had messaged the company over and over saying to cancel the order, and then I told them about the damage. I was assured a refund but to this day there hasn’t been anything!! Scam!!
