The airline industry has been affected by Pandemic, but yet again so has many individuals and other businesses. From what i've seen from this airline, they don't deserve to continue trading, there are better companies around who treat customers better.

Without any problem. They refund total our booking and within the days they promise to pay us back. Very trustful airlines. Hopefully the situation will be back to normal next year and I fully intend to be booking my flight through Cathay Pacific again.

They are taking advantage of the given situation and overall their customer service team is poor. Promises of getting back to me after several calls and only one staff did at the end finally.

Cathay has refunded the total amount of both flights. I understood that due to the pandemia everything was a little bit slow, but after some month all was ok at 100%. Thanks!
