We recently purchased a football kit and accessories for our son. Everything arrived on time and it all fitted perfectly. He looked brilliant and we all had a wonderful day. Excellent!!

This is the worst organisation I have had the misfortune of dealing with, absolutely atrocious, complete Joke, and certainly not in keeping with the Chelsea Brand. Avoid at all costs!!

This business is run by a third party company. Doesn't look like the club are aware of the customer feedback online. Or they are not bothered. What a shame.

I love Chelsea shop.It is really nice and there got lot of staff from my preferred collection. The company kept me up to date with the order process and I am very pleased with the items.

No updates about delay eventually get through on email chat only to find most items out of stock so had my money for near seven weeks!! Terrible customer service they need to sort out their IT support.

They said they would refund the shirt but I still haven't received it, communication with Chelsea mega store is appalling, I can't find a telephone number to call them, very disappointed and can't believe such a big company can be such a let down.
