Trying to order something off of a wish list for a charity is nearly impossible, and the support is simply nonexistent. They don't know how to fix anything and contacting them is a waste of time. They kept insisting "it works for us." Well, that's nice, but it doesn't work for me!! Many items won't go into the cart, and the quantity of the ones that will can't be changed. I did manage to place one charity order, but there's no follow-up.
I have had trouble with delivery busting up the packages but I’ve called and chewy’s customer service workers are so nice and so helpful, I have never appreciated customer service workers like them. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with everything you order from them.
Chewy was wonderful and refunded my money for the shipments that were already sent out and I did not need anymore. They recommended to donate the supplies so I had the vet office help me find people who were in need of those supplies and have provided those supplies to them.
I have had no luck renewing my dogs pain meds. All Chewy.com seems to be concerned about is having an order placed, not about the customer actually receiving the product. I am not using this company in the future. Not very good customer service to lie to people.
