Battery dead within a couple of hours so it might be wireless connected but i always have to have the charging cable plugged in. I downloaded their software to fix the static noise but just made it worse and i now starts to turn off my headset and mic randomly.

I tried to cancel my order, but their system said I can't till I receive it.Avoid Them. NO customer service, no human to talk to..

There is nothing wrong with my usb ports and the flash drive works fine in Windows 7. Corsair has horrible customer service, it has been over a week and they have not sent a response on both correspondence. The only way to contact them is through their site or on the phone.

Corsair costumer support team solved my issue in way less time than I expected.The service is awesome. Thank you guys!!

They were friendly but never solved anything and wanted to uninstall all my programs saying that these issues could be the problem.
