Arrived two weeks after the stone crabs arrived. Not very helpful. The gift was useless. Very unhappy with the delivery time. The product received not product ordered.

It was canceled because it was out of stock. That was disappointing, however I was contacted and put on a wait list. When the item arrived it was sent to me with a discount and no shipping fee.

They provided the answers needed to make my decision easy. Quick responses and friendly staff made. My experience with crook was non the less top notch.

Took over a week to contact someone. Only available by phone. You have to speak to a specific women at a certain time of which she is never there. Said she would send the two missing floats. Never did.
