Delivery people need to be careful about spilling drinks and the overall handling of food while delivering! It was awful! I believe the restaurant was busy today therefore delivery is just too much for them to focus on, when establishments are too busy to prepare an order for delivery correctly, they should just focus on dining in service
hey took my money, proceeded to wait over an hour to place the order with the restaurant, and by the time they did, the restaurant was closed. They tried to blame the restaurant, saying their order volume was too high. When I told them it was closed, they did not know what to say but came up with an excuse.
First time using this app- received a phone call about 45 minutes after order placed . They said they were running behind and i would need to wait 1-2 hours. I agreed. I called back 2.5 hours later . Over 3 hours after my order was placed . They decided that they were closed for the evening. No call to me about being unable to deliver .
