I was on hold four hours and hung up to go to sleep. This morning I called again and the recording said the wait would be greater than nine hours! That is Delta NO SERVICE. They love holding you hanging on the phone before giving you an explanation that doesn't make any sense.
Delta has ABSOLUTELY no one to answer the phone and the app does not allow you to extend or change a flight. I tried messaging and apparently they require you to download their app to message. Cannot message them. Starting to think the only way I will get help is if I go to the airport. I feel bad for the people that are in the middle of their travel trying to get help.
This experience ensured my preference for Delta. The service is the best I’ve experience in my many years of traveling around the world. They really care about their customers, none of the other airlines left seats empty between passengers, Delta did. I recommend them!!
