They are not interested in helping you. We are wasting hours over many days trying to disenroll from a plan that should have NEVER been initiated. Stay far away from them!

Very unprofessional from ehealth Medicare. I would not recommend E-Health to anyone. You wouldn’t cover a medicine that I checked before signing up. It cost me more money to have your insurance than just plain Medicare. You are a joke!!

Realizing that i didn't see any actual benefit improvement, and i didn't want to mess with making changes unnecessarily. The prime benefit seemed to be lower co-pays, but i have very few co pays so it wasn't necessary. So sorry for wasting your time!

So happy I found them because I was able to research Medicare options without all of the heavy sales pressure you get from agents when you go directly to the health insurance companies.. The eHealth website is very easy to use and intuitive and allows you to compare all of the various options. Definitely a value added service!!

The insurance company denied our application. They said we were not applying during the enrollment period. We had been told by the agent that we were eligible to change plans because of some event that affected our area. Wasting the time!!
