think they are the worse airline ever and they’ll remain like this.. everyone is very rude from the customer service to staff in the check in , who need to take a course of communication and need to speak and understand basic English.. very bad experience.

Amazing and helpful staff over the phone . I spoke many times to them and each time got superb service.They are always very helpful, hospitable, polite and very kind also they are giving positive energy to us. thank you.

They lie with their conditions. I got business flex and it said that there where no cancel or changing the date fees. However, fees where applied if I tried to do any of those. Trust me and don't fly with pegasus. Just spend a bit more.

Its the worst company ever, just to snatch money they can do anything. Which flight don't provide replacement flight when customer request flight not refund other than pegasus. Please keep away.
