Founded in 1986, FMW Fasteners began as a specialty distributor, focusing on providing small packaged quantities of fasteners and construction products to both distributors and end users in Houston, Texas. I had trouble finding them but came across FMW and placed the order. They went out of their way to get them to me fast. Great communication and I have my materials a day earlier than promised.

It could not find any items unless I put the dot between each segment of numbers. What should have taken 3-5 minutes took 30 minutes and two unanswered phone calls to customer service! Terrible experience today.

They canceled the part of the order they could not fill. No customer service or communication. I've tried calling and emailing customer service, no answer.

FMW made it easy to figure out what I needed. Ordering was a breeze and everything was just delivered. The whole order was well packaged and each item was in its own well marked container. Come to think of it, it arrived a day early. Good Job!
