Landing is a great concept and if we give them a few more years to work out kinks and develop better relationships with apartment buildings I fully expect it to be a worthwhile company. However, and this is partially due to the fact I was attempting to get an apartment in the extremely competitive market of New York City, Landing was unable to secure my lease for the apartment I reserved and did not tell anything..
The Landing are horrible hosts. Before even going into details about this HORRIBLE experience, I want to let everyone know that’s considering landing, AVOID IT AT ALL COST!! The unit was furnished, but other than that, I do not have a positive thing to say about this company.
