They were very helpful with everything, and we will definitely stay with them again when we are able. The young ladies in the Holiday Isle Properties office have been more than welcoming and helpful!

The beach was beautiful and CLEAN. The resort is family oriented with beach toys, umbrellas and floats to use. The pool was cleaned every morning and the property was spotless. The managers were amazing to deal with. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

By the time we finally received the keys to our property we arrive and try to open the door and realized we were given the wrong keys! We had to call the emergency number and we were offered no explications and or apologies.

We had to leave two days early on both trips. They never offered to give my money back or to replace my days. That sucks.
