Hostmantis just suspend my account. All my sites are lost. Their reason is my site use high resource, I guess one of my site is hacked and hacker use script which cause high resources using.

I provided my exact address, phone no. ordered using my wifi etc. they won't accept it. I was even paying 6 months upfront & asked they can call the phone to verify identity, still won't accept.

Their attitude to customers is so bad that it feels like they are offering the service for free. They also don't care about customers, a single complain - and they would ask you to look for another company. Lot of accounts are also being suspended
