Humanscale solidified its status as a true market leader with the introduction of the Freedom chair in 1999, created by renowned ergonomics designer Niels Diffrient. I spoke to a specialist over the phone on the different chair options and he gave me such good guidance on what the differences were. Amazing customer service. I was able to get professional and kind assistance from HumanScale customer service agent on the phone to answer my tech questions.
Called several times. Did not solve any issue. I'm very disappointed. Humanscale has a reputation for good product design, but the website falls short in so many ways. Due to these failures on Humanscale's part I cannot recommend Humanscale to my colleagues or indeed any person.
