Our sites went down at least once a month for about a year. When I contacted support they would do something on their end and get the sites back up after about 10 minutes but wouldn't tell me what caused the issue. I assume some sort of server problem since they never said anything about it being specific to our sites.
I submitted the ticket and a day later, no response or sign of progress. On contacting them, nobody could give me an update on whether the work had began. And were instead pushing me to do the migration myself immediately or sit tight and "wait for them to contact" - an indefinite, vague answer.
