It is made up of Jetstar Airways (subsidiary of the Qantas Group) in Australia and New Zealand, Jetstar Asia in Singapore and Jetstar Japan in Japan. Jetstar branded carriers operate up to 5,000 flights a week to more than 85 destinations.

Nothing but pure extortion! Their customer service team via chat are also robots that copy and paste the same scripted texts. There is no customer care whatsoever. Have contacted their phone team after waiting almost an hour to speak with a person, and was hung up.
Avoid them at all costs unless you don't care about giving money to people who will mistreat you and milk you for your money. Will never fly with them. They get you on unexpected baggage charges and missed flight charges when other airlines would have let you board.
