I was not able to view my profile or change any of my info. This means I was not able to cancel. I used the chat feature and did not hear back until the following day. That was useless.

I tried to cancel my free trial, but it was very difficult. My credit card ended up being charged even though I thought I canceled. It took reaching out to customer service multiple times to get a response. They won’t refund me even though I never used the service.

Provides great insight into the real estate and expected rental rate of return which is not easily available. I will sign up when I am ready to make the purchase. Easy to use and extremely valuable for research.
