Worst place to ever rent from. We were told someone would come service our hot tub but no one ever came. The carpet were dirty. Heard let any towels. They were always telling me we understand your frustration but still did nothing. I will never rent from this people again unacceptable customers service. I still have not heard back from them. I will call ever day till someone makes its right.
There was a mouse trap with old cheese like product on the hearth hidden by the fireplace screen. We didn’t know it was there until it snapped on my toddler grandchild’s thumb. I called Meredith Lodging the day of this incident and was told a manager would call me. I waited 2 days. No call. I called again today and was told a manager would call me today. No call.
