Pareri Monitech Ignition Interlock Systems

Monitech is very professional and are very good at explaining the process. Very understanding and kind people over the phone setting up the install and at the office explaining and installing the machine. I once used smart start and it was a nightmare.

The customer service reps do not care at all and basically said “oh well”. This company is a joke and does not care about their customers. It is only about money. They do not own up to their own mistakes. Horrible!

You can't win because now I have to charge my battery every single day for it to start. The brand new battery has died at least 2 dozen times now. I would advise anyone to avoid this company. I don't see how I can take 11 more months of this nightmare.

I've been on hold stranded For more than a hour because I had a faulty system that required lock out codes every other day and Invalid settings displaying in my screen from day one it’s never worked properly/
