When they finally got back to me, they wanted me to pay additional money for the same glasses I ordered in a different color. Completely unacceptable! Save yourself time and money! Don’t do it!!!

I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with the time that its taking to receive my order. Outrageous! Neither I, or anyone else I care about, will never give this company one cent again.

This is very poor customer service and we're out glasses and they don't seem to want to provide a refund. You get what you pay for indeed. I'd rather pay double and just have a pair of glasses then endlessly deal with this sort of attitude.

Speed of delivery as you would expect as they are coming from China. I could track the parcel en route. Good quality and sturdy product. I will buy from them again when I will need.
