I’m happy to know that I’ve found a beauty supply store that has the products I need. My order arrived promptly several days later, nicely packed and with some fun samples. I would definitely order from Planet Beauty again!

There is no way to cancel my order online. I tried calling customer service, no one answers. Now I have to take time out tomorrow and try to fix this mess. On top of everything it looks like you don't give refunds, only store credit.

Was never informed that the item was not available. Had to show up in person to find out because when I called no one answered and my order was still showing active.

Bless this company, my hair will remain the color I wish it to be for the spring and summer as I ordered 4 bottles just in case, hair life savers!!
