I just don't understand how your team can lie to client just to make a sale and now I am still waiting on a response from the warranty claims department to see what they can do and have yet to hear from them. The last contact made by phone was.last Thursday and the last email I sent was Friday. I'm just very disappointed with my recent experience and now will think twice about choosing your company.
After the door was installed it rained and water leaked into my living room. The door had a lot of scratches on it, it did not look new at all, looked like I got it from a yard sale. The mesh door is very cheaply made, it does not even have a handle on it. At the base of the door where they put some white stuff, it was applied as if someone was in a hurry and did not care to make it look neat and professionally done.
