Do not use them if you want to get your CNA license. I have tried 3 times with them, each time I got the same proctor who was very rude. I did all of my skills perfectly. I made one correction and she did not let me. She failed me for the smallest reasons and I felt down about it but at this point I can just say I will never use their company again to take my skills test. The lady was so rude and made the experience so horrible.
They rescheduled my CFA Exam one month before the exam date to a different Location in a different country . I already had confirmation for my spot in the original testing location. Now they sent a new one without any reasoning. Support couldn't explain why test center was shut down. Couldn't offer me any rescheduling options. Incompetent people there!
