Has really been letting me down here lately. It never showed up. The representative said there was no order showing up at all in the computer. They also couldn’t find my subscription for auto delivery even though it’s stated that I subscribed in my last order details. After another hour of being put on hold I was told the issue was being sent to the escalation department and I would get a call back. Never happened.
I wasn’t satisfied which I would have been happy to do, however they wanted me to pay for shipping. Not happening since I never ordered it and it’s not my fault and I refuse to pay anything for the resolution to their problem. I have disputed the charge on my card and will go to better business bureau and attorney general. Once I checked with better business bureau I found many complaints with a similar source ding story. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy anything from this company.
