I will COMPLETELY avoid booking any rental through Red Awning in the future. I will also post our experience on social media and travel sites I use. This is DIRECTLY because Red Awning have done nothing ACTIVELY to make it right. Nothing but messages affirming our disappointment.

How dirty the home was. My bed sheets clearly had not been changed from the previous guest stay. There was also little to no water pressure for showers and things kept breaking throughout the home. I will never use Red Awning again. No customer Service!!

Worst costumer service I have experienced. I tried to get in touch with Red Awning about canceling my reservation by phone but only get an automation service. I have gone online to cancel my reservation but it says that I can’t get a refund

The apartment is very clean, cozy bed and comes with great amenities, more than what I have received in other places. Great for a weekend getaway to catch a game. So far, so good.
