RedWeek is one of the most incompetent timeshare agencies in existence. Not only do they provide you with inaccurate information about your account, but their management personnel are extremely rude or sarcastic and do not have customer service relation skills.

Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants and bar were easy to negotiate. It saved me a lot of money and gave me access to the superior resorts. Love it!

I have not heard back from ANY of the seller’s. I contacted Redweek to find out why, they were quick to respond to my concerns and stated they will contact the seller. I have no reason to doubt they did however I still have not heard back from my offers. It leaves me to wonder if the sellers are legit!??

Definitely not worth it. Contacted the timeshare company and they took the deed back right away. I recommend doing that rather than spending hundreds of dollars with Redweek.
